We have developed a unique approach to manage each of the projects that we undertake. The process begins by establishing a vision of what is to be achieved and getting buy-in by all the stakeholders. From that point we establish all the mechanical, design and technical drivers that need to be achieved, and then delegate portions of the process to achieve the various requirements of the project. Each member of the project team has the responsibility to manage their area with three key aspects – risk, cost and trade-off. We keep it simple – and as a result, we are effective. At each step of the project we are then able to look at what we have learned and the analysis to date, and come back together as a team, re-evaluate and move forward. We go back and forth in this process to move toward the final vision, the entire time keeping the whole project scope in the forefront. Eventually the process converges to a solution.

By reviewing the designs on a continuous basis and from a global perspective, we are able to provide our clients with a turnkey solution, which has been evaluated through every step of the process to ensure soundness of the solution. Through our process we are able to balance all the pieces of a project including the risk, costs and technical aspects.
